You pick a plan and add a card, then the trial runs for 7 days. Your card is charged when the trial ends.

A yearly plan costs 10 months of the monthly price and covers 12, so Pro is $590 a year and Business is $890 a year.
Yes. Each extra agent is $39 a month on either plan, up to 10 on top of the agents your plan includes. On a yearly plan it is billed yearly at 10 times that.
The agents pause 2 days after a failed payment. Your leads, sequences and history stay where they are, and the agents resume once the payment goes through.
Cancelling ends the plan and every feature with it, including any extra agents you added. Pick a plan again to start back up.
